Register your agency

Create your free Agency Partner account. No credit card, no upfront fee. You need a VAT number, a professional website and a business email.

Onboard your clients

Add your clients' workspaces from your dashboard. Each workspace is an isolated environment. AnyDialog creates the Stripe subscription under your Customer.

Grow and unlock the discount

From your third client, the license discount kicks in by itself. No form to fill, no upgrade to request: the system sees the volume and applies the coupon.

Commercial control

The client pays you. You keep control.

You control price, contract, support, billing. The client doesn't know there's an AnyDialog price list until you decide to tell them. AnyDialog creates a single Stripe Customer in your name that holds every client subscription, applies discounts automatically, and steps aside.

The client knows the technology platform is AnyDialog (and can compare against the public price list), but the commercial relationship is exclusively with you. The client cannot change their plan, buy add-ons or change their payment method on their own: everything goes through your dashboard.

The license discount (wholesale discount) is automatically applied to client subscriptions. The Agency Plan is free (€0/month): you only pay for your clients' subscriptions, discounted.

Tier lock-in 60 days

Your portfolio fluctuates. Your discount doesn't.

If you cancel a client and temporarily fall below your tier threshold, you have 60 days of grace period to recover. If you add or reactivate a client within the window, you keep the higher tier. The discount is something you earned, not something that evaporates the first time a client leaves.

Frequently asked

Everything you need to know before you sign up.

Never. The Agency Plan is free forever. You only pay for your clients' Stripe subscriptions, discounted by your tier. The first charge happens when you create the first client subscription.

AnyDialog creates a single Stripe Customer in your name. All your clients' subscriptions are linked to that Customer. You receive an aggregated monthly invoice from Stripe. Your clients pay you (cash, bank transfer, invoice issued by you), at the price you agreed with them. The end client never sees AnyDialog in their accounting.

From the third active client the first license discount kicks in. The percentage grows automatically as the portfolio grows. See the tier table for up-to-date details.

Yes. From your dashboard you can create, configure and optimize your clients' agents, or enter their workspace via tracked impersonation for technical support. You can also delegate management to the client if you prefer.

Stripe automatically retries the charge. If retries fail, you receive an alert email and the client workspace moves to "past_due" — they can still access it but with limitations. You decide whether to suspend the client or handle payment offline.

All active clients get a 14-day transfer offer: they can accept and become direct AnyDialog clients (with their own card), or decline. Workspaces not transferred are soft-deleted after 30 days. Your Agency Plan subscription cancels at end of current period.

No. The Agency Partner Program is reserved for entities that manage AI Agents on behalf of third-party clients, distinct from their own company. If you want to use AnyDialog for your own business, pick one of the standard plans on the Pricing page directly. AnyDialog periodically verifies that partner workspaces belong to legal entities other than the agency itself. In case of abuse, the discount can be revoked and the standard price billed retroactively.
