Good to know

Honest notes about what to expect before you ship.

  • Requires JavaScript. The widget uses a JavaScript snippet. Visitors with JS disabled won't see it — this affects a very small minority of users (under 1%).
  • Adds ~50KB to page load. The widget script is ~50KB (gzipped). It loads asynchronously and does not block your page render or Core Web Vitals.
  • Styling is limited to colors and position. You can set primary color, launcher icon, and position. Full CSS overrides are not supported — this ensures the widget stays consistent and accessible.
  • Domain whitelist is optional but recommended. Without a domain whitelist, anyone who finds your embed token can use your agent. We recommend whitelisting your production domain.
