Getting Started
AnyDialog is a platform that lets you create AI agents trained exclusively on your business knowledge. Upload your documents, connect your website, and deploy a conversational AI that answers only from your content — across your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more.
About 10 minutes. A guided 6-step wizard walks you through naming your agent, uploading documents, configuring its personality, and testing it — before you deploy to any channel.
No. AnyDialog is designed for non-technical users. No coding, no prompt engineering, no configuration files. The guided wizard handles everything.
PDF, Microsoft Word documents, plain text, website URLs (the agent scrapes and indexes them), and structured Q&A pairs. Any combination works.
No. AnyDialog agents only answer from the content you provide. When a question falls outside the knowledge base, the agent says so clearly and can escalate to a human.

Yes. AnyDialog offers a free trial with no credit card required. You can create agents, upload documents, and test all core features during the trial period.
When the trial ends, your agents go offline. Your data and configuration are preserved. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to bring your agents back online instantly.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
No. Your plan price includes the AI costs. Advanced plans allow you to bring your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic) to reduce costs further — but this is optional, not required.
Yes. Annual billing saves up to 30% compared to monthly. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time.
