Generate WooCommerce API keys
3 minIn your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API. Click Add Key. Set permissions to Read only. Click Generate. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret immediately — they are shown only once.
Connect to AnyDialog
2 minIn your agent settings, go to Integrations, find WooCommerce. Enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. Click Connect.
Test product access
1 minClick the Test button to verify the connection. Then ask your agent about a product in your store.

API keys shown only once. When you generate WooCommerce API keys, the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are displayed only once. If you lose them, you must generate new ones.

Read-only access. The agent can search products and check availability but cannot modify orders or inventory. Read permissions only, for security.

Requires WooCommerce REST API enabled. Your WordPress site must have the WooCommerce REST API enabled (it is by default in most installations).
